The Future

The “arukas” project began 15 years ago, sparked by the vision of Alistair Sean Drozario — a college dropout who believed that artists are discovered, not created.

He started as a humble inventor, building small, purpose-driven projects for individuals. With time, he scaled up to serve companies, and eventually created his first commercial product—driven not by market demand, but by a challenge that consumed him: reinventing how the world manages waste.

Most believed it was impossible to efficiently incinerate waste at an industrial level in a compact, scalable form. But instead of shrinking the technology that existed, he reimagined the entire method. What he built had never been seen before:

A point-of-use incinerator, powered solely by electricity, capable of accelerating waste ignition 10x faster than industrial standards.

He created a product without a market — and soon, the market came to him. A wave of inspired entrepreneurs saw what he had built and formed what would become Neo San — India’s first future-forward waste management company, designed not to catch up with the world, but to lead it.

Alistair Sean Drozario, inventor of the Neo X, has always dreamed of a world where imagination could solve what capitalism has fractured — a world where creators don’t have to bend to a system never built for them.

He envisioned an ecosystem where brilliance is nurtured, not processed.
Where artists, inventors, and dreamers aren’t forced to follow the rules — they’re invited to rewrite them.

Welcome to arukas - The Awoken Dream

Not for the Weak

If you’re tired of being evaluated by your paycheck instead of your real contribution
If you’ve outgrown titles, rules, and templates —
If you know you were meant to build, not obey —
Then this is your place.

Arukas is not for the weak.
It’s for the relentless. The misfits. The ones who’d rather create the system than survive inside someone else’s.

We don’t hand out jobs.
We build legacies.
And we give you a piece of it.

Like what we do?
